Hunting Oribi In South Africa

About the Species

The Oribi has a long slender neck and legs with its coat being a light brown color with a white belly. Near its eyes you will find two large pre-orbital glands. Only the males have short straight horns.

About the Hunt

It is a very specialized hunt and some walking is required. This hunt is usually done by means of spot and stalk.

Habitat

Oribi can be found in the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu-Natal provinces of South Africa. They prefer open grasslands or floodplains.
